I've been here before when experience was better. I waited 25 minutes for my appointment because people before me were late to their appointments. Place was very dirty and untidy, staff rushed through my treatment, there was no ambient music, and generally it was a stressful experience and unhygienic (they rushed to clean the pedi tubs with spray cleaner not disinfectant!!). To their credit the manager was friendly and did his best, but the place really looks shabby now and they need to clean thoroughly and if customers are late they should be told to rebook because it ruins the experience for everyone else.
