You should bother to tell you clients that you cannot fulfil their booking before they actually make their way to your salon, twice now this has happened, quite unprofessional.

The women doing my acylic nails asked three times what i was having done i had PAID for a full set. She kept trying to just infill i assume to save her effort. She then got annoyed when i explained i paid for white tips. Again an inconvience for her but again i had paid for this service. She roughly grabbed my nails (one of which she made bleed) as she was annoyed at me for asking for the service i paid for. The last straw was when i asked for a design on one nail she refused saying it would look ugly!!! Their my nails il decide!! Horrible women who then walked off and left me did not check my nails or use cuticle oil i had to turn off the heater myself and ask was i ok to leave. I have been getting my nails done for years and never experienced a person like this so rude. I am sorry i simply asked you to do your job. To be fair the women doing my pedicure was nice and efficient so it was just this one women's attitude but i wouldn't risk getting her again so wont be returning!
