I had a manicure and pedicure with Flower, she is absolutely fantastic and I will continue to go back to her. She does such a professional job and my gel nails last for weeks. They also have a great selection of gel colours.

This is the first time I attended this Salon. I had a bad customer experience at this Salon even thou the end result was satisfactory.
I booked a manicure and pedicure treatment. The staff did not ask me to chose what colour I want before treatment begin.
After I was leaded to the pedicure bath, another staff asked 'what colour?' in an aggressive manner. I said I haven't been invited to chose any colour yet. This when she loses her temper to another member of staff, shouting in foreign language and her attitude become rude. She was so aggressive in clearing the dead skins (using a blade) on my feet that I had a cut and was bleeding after she was finished.
I don't think I will be coming back again.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I think the manager (the guy who always greets everyone) is professional and helpful however the past 2 times that I have been there, the girls doing my nails have been unfriendly and I've felt that I was a nuisance to them. In terms of my nails, there is a good selection of colors however they definitely aren't the best nails I've had, but for the price I can't complain too much, as they are good enough. The atmosphere of the place is quite dry - no music playing, and like I said, the ladies doing all the treatments aren't very welcoming and just look like they want to be somewhere else.
