The staff do provide a professional service, however they do not always pay attention to detail. I think the manager (male) is helpful but the staff that handle treatments can be inappropriate at times, such as laughing at customers in a discreet manner. The price and location make this venue appealing but the inconsistency with service across staff is disappointing.
