I was supposed to have waxing there. However, after 15 minutes of waiting I was told that they don't have my reservation on their system and I can wait 30-45 minutes. I tried to rebook and waist another 15 minutes because the member of the staff booked me for the next day and then remembered that they don't do waxing on Sundays. I asked about Monday. She said it's possible, booked me in and then started laughing because on Monday they don't do it as well. Complete waist of time
