The shop really does need a good a clean, really lets them down. The floors are filthy, the chairs are filthy, the toilet, well I have seen toilets at festivals in a better condition than the toilet in this place. The staff are lovely and attentive, although shouting across the shop in their language is not very professional My treatments were good, could have been a little longer which is what would be expected paying the prices this shop charge
