Have just left Feeling quite hard done by!! Third time having gel nails done I wanted a manicure done but the girl just ignored that fact--felt very ignored as to what I wanted!! I am receiving a refund for the Mani which is a Silver lining but unfortunately I will not be returning again which is a shame! Far to much chatter throughout the salon also which I find quite unprofessional! I can't fault their pedi or the lady who finished my polish both are very good & well educated on customer service! Again whilst I am receiving the manicure refund I have to do the work of retrieving it through treatwell seems Iv pulled the short straw all round!!!
