Very nice, comfortable salon & the manicure was good but the staff are quite grumpy and one was rude to another customer. Not a particularly friendly place. However, very good value & would go again.

Pro: the massage chair, was offered drinks, very wide selection of colours, I wanted to change my booking to a gel manicure as I had misinterpreted what it said on Treatwell and they were happy to do that if I paid the £2-3 pound difference, which is nice.
Cons: The lady who did my shellac/gel manicure cut three of my cuticles, one of it so severely, it was still bleeding hours after it happened and is still swollen and irritated now. And it still hurts significantly. I also already have a chip, after just a day and a half.
The lady who did my pedicure coloured not just my nails but half of my toes and kept smudging the polish my placing the uv lamp right on my nail. I had to peel the polish off my toe and sort of trim it with a clipper because I wasn’t comfortable with having it just sit on my skin for however long it takes until it all comes off. She also skipped the massage part altogether. So this was all very disappointing.
The cheeky bit was that after all this, they still made me pay the £3 extra for changing my booking. Would think after doing such a bad job they would at least have waived that by way of apology. Disappointing experience, expected more given the reviews the place gets.
