The salon was ok, The stuff were quite neutral, offered tea/coffee, but no special customer treatment. The person who was doing my nails got somewhat agressive at one point when I was giving directions as to how I wsnt my nails to be shaped. Plus herself and another colleague were discussing my instruments, etc, in front of me in another language. This I found quite rude. As for the way the nails were done, they were ok, but nothing special. Some egdes already chipped off, and it's only been a couple of days, whereas the polish generally stays intact for 8-10 days for me.

This was my second time as USA Star Nails. I had my previous Shelliac manicure removed and had a new French Shelliac Manicure done. From beginning to end the entire treatment took about 50 minutes. I felt that it was very rushed after being advised that my treatment should take 1 hour and 45 minutes. The manicure is bubbly and hasn't lasted nearly as long as the last treatment. It is a shame because other than that, the staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is lovely.

Usually this is my absolute go to place to have my nails done, but this time I was very unhappy. After being the last customer on that day the person doing my nails was very stressed, once finished they almost threw me out with my nails totally undried. So when I was at home my nails were completely ruined and I had to go and redo them the next day. I’ll never have them done this late again.
