Overall good. It was very busy due to Christmas and the service wasn’t as good as usual

The nails look awful, theres no full coverage and it’s blotchy and uneven in colour and texture. After having my nails done I noticed some sort of residue embedded on my nails, this was fixed but the nail was sanded down and now it has no shine to one nail. It looks hideous. I can still see more residues in my nails , it looks awful.
The parking is horrendous, and non existent , whilst you might get an off peak discount for £16 or so prepare to spend another £5-10 on parking and drive around for an additional 45 minutes trying to find a spot.
Finally when it came to payment , I pre booked and paid in full in advance. I was held back in the shop for an additional 15 minutes whilst the member of staff verified it with her manager who wasn’t in the shop. Despite handing over my phone , showing my treatwell account , and reference and booking confirmation with receipt .....I was held back whilst they investigated , I felt quite embarrassed to be honest.
Not value for money in any sense at all and inefficient and lacks professionalism
