I had an acrylic refill appointment at USA nails in Hampstead. The staff are always friendly and professional. I was running late to my appointment and they were very accommodating and understanding. At my appointment they offered me a lovely green tea and it was a nice atmosphere in the salon. The technician did a wonderful job, perfect shape and length and helped me choose a complimentary nail varnish colour. My favourite salon in London, I always love getting my nails done here.

Two nails chipped the next day. Otherwise the manicure was fine. After I put the hands under the fan to dry, the member of staff disappeared without saying a word or how long I have to keep them there. Communication could be better.
