Pedicure was much shorter than the time stated on website and manicure lasted about a day before chipping. Disappointed given price although got a good deal by going off-peak. Would not visit again

I do like this salon, it is convenient for me but the quality of shellac manicure really varies. This time I told the manicurist that he had not put a top coat on my right hand but he was insistent he had. I ended up going back and it was rectified, but it was actually pretty obvious.

This is the second time I’ve been there when the manager was having what looked very aggressive arguments with other customers. Given that most customers are women, this is extremely intimidating and frightening to be around.
