I had an evening appointment and was phoned up only 20 minutes in advance to try to bring the appointment forward. As I couldn’t make it earlier as I was still at work, I was told the appointment needed to be cancelled. This should have been done earlier - I was going on holiday the next day so didn’t have time to reschedule elsewhere. The person who phoned me didn’t apologise until I explained to him that I was unhappy and even then it was a half-hearted sorry.
Everything was good, staff were friendly however a bit of polish was left around my nails which I didn't have anything to take it off with. It would have been better if the nail technician had spotted it and fixed it.
