I absolutely loved the result, however, it is poor advertised on Treatwell that at USA nail bar a gel manicure actually means a shellac manicure. Gel nails apparently means nail extensions. I wasn't aware of this, since it is not the same everywhere, and was charged an additional 3 pounds. I do love the result, but could have avoided the miscommunication.

Great manicure as always, but there was a drip in the ceiling and water was coming through next to me. Lots of dirty, wet towels on the floor to mop it up! Normally a very nice salon so was a shame.
