I am usually very happy with the service here but today was a let down from two reasons. My appointment was at 3pm.
1. My nails were done by a gentleman and unfortunately I didn’t make a note of his name. He repeatedly leaned over my phone and was trying to look at my screen. At two instances he grabbed my phone to look at what I was looking at and then looked at my battery life. I didn’t say anything because o was trying to be as polite as possible but left completely baffled.
2. I was happy with my nail polish but very thick layer was applied. I was drying my nails under the fan for about 35 minutes, then had to leave but at first instance my polish got destroyed and transferred on my coat as the layer was too thick. Now after 3 hours from the appointment my nails are still half wet and one nail scrubbed of completely. I love the shape and the acrylic work.
I am not sure I will be coming back after this and it makes me sad as I really enjoy rest of the staff there.
