I've been coming to this salon for several years now. Sometimes, the randomness of who does your nails is a bit hit and miss. This time, a supremely skilful staff member (I believe she called herself Eva) did my nails and she did a fantastic job in terms of shape, cuticle work, shellac application. I will certainly ask for her to do my nails again, if she is around (regretfully, one cannot book with a specific staff member on Treatwell:(.
Eva even went "the extra mile" to ask for my colour preferences and then went on to recommend a completely different colour which I would normally not go for. I love classic red, my wardrobe and home is full of it, but after application, I realised again that I am just not a fan of red nail polish on my hands so I will not repeat this colour selection. Having said that, I appreciated her making a suggestion and taking enough interest so I was happy to go with her recommendation (something I hardly ever had at the salon, not b/c of lack of friendliness necessarily, but mostly due to lack of English language skills amongst the staff, I believe).
