The manicure was done rushing. The waxing has been performed poorly so that after the first strip I had to ask the lady to remove the remaining wax and let me go as I could not stand the pain (note that I did several sessions of laser and do waxing quite frequently, so definitely used to bear a little pain)

Great nails - slightly late starting as a previous appointment ran over but I was in a hurry so they had 2 technicians helping to finish on time! Definitely made up for the late start.

I won’t be coming back. Nobody speaks english properly, i felt pushed around “go wash hands, go pick colour” awful. The job they done was also poor, they made 2 nails bleed , she cut into my fingers when cutting my cuticles and didn’t even apologise. Just carried on. I picked a grey colour but the actual varnish was purple so i was like ... ??? Then one nail ended up done streaky-i hate that, not neat at all. Most of all i was annoyed that they cut me. Ow and on top of that they dont take card hahaha :D

Lovely gel manicure however as the manicurists realised it was coming towards the end of their day they completely rushed my pedicure and the manager / receptionist (Indian man)? ended up helping me put on my sandals to leave when my toes were still wet! If it was the end of my shift at work but I still had customers present I would not make them feel like such an inconvenience..especially when I booked 2 weeks in advance for both services!
