This salon is just awful - the staff aren’t very friendly and look stressed, and every time I come here my shellac chips within days. They just be using old product etc.

I booked the last available slot of 18:15 as I’m working away from home and had meetings until late, but even so my shellac manicure was very badly done - not neat, blobby, edges of my nails exposed, and day one a large chip has come off of my right thumb. They look awful. I paid £28, when my usual manicure costs £25 and lasts over a month! I will be getting them removed as soon as I get home. I would have complained at the time but the staff couldn’t wait to get me out of there and go home, never again.
