The staff was not very friendly and they had to switch the staff and put an additional coat on it, because the first two coats were done to messy by the first staff member.

Overall, quite happy with pedicure and nails. However, some more attention to detail on all nails I.e shape and length as I had some longer or wider than others, I did only get a refill so still to see what a fresh set would look like. Staff could be more approachable and welcoming however, gentleman that did my pedicure was really nice and offered a warm drink. I would recommend again MAINLY because of hot towels and being that the nail bar has lovely interior, very professional and chic look.

Overall decent shellac manicure although one nail came out slightly chipped even after I asked my manicurist to fix it! other than that a good experience.
