The french polish manicure was good value for money ( with an off-peak discount). The manicure was done well and the person performing my manicure was friendly. The staff generally could have been more friendly; no smiles, very curt when speaking to you and shouting across the salon at one another. Also no one told me my manicure was over, I walked out the venue presuming the treatment was complete, having paid before. The venue is clean and has a nice interior with the biggest array of colours I've seen. Overall: great value for the manicure, service could have been better.
