Manager was exemplary - welcoming, professional and very accomodating. I loved going on the massage chairs - all 3 of which which were, unfortunately, broken - I hope they get fixed soon! Some of the Essie polish seem very old and the colour didn't go on as well as they should. Overall the staff are very competent, the location is great, and it offers excellent value for money.

This was my third visit, the last 2 were average but this time was really disappointing. I was charged twice as much for my usual service and when I questioned it, was told it is the regular price. I’d never paid that much and explained so but I was argued with so paid and left. I felt cheated. I won’t be returning or recommending this store again based on my experiences.
