The salon looks nothing like the photos at all. It is very dirty, with a strong damp smell. You can see that the ceiling has previously leaked as it is stained. What is concerning is that the nail tools did not come from, or go into, sterilising solution, so I am very worried about the hygiene. The light machine used for the shellac manicure wasn’t working and you could see that the place is very run down. The manicure was fine but felt rushed.

It was the first time I went, staff was lovely, very friendly and professional (and very patient!). I had a pedicure, which comprised scrub, calluses removal, and lanolin lotion. I also had shallac polish applied to my toenails. All on a massage chair, with a wonderful green tea to sip during the treatment.
Highly recommended!

Management is rude, doesn’t own up to mistakes, just wants money. I heard at least 2 other customers being upset about having to either wait too long or have to pay extra.
I had been coming to this salon for many years. I especially loved Lan and May.
Unfortunately this is the end of the road at this branch.
Unless they improve their customer service, cleanliness and attitude, this place is going down the hill.
Very said considering this used to be a good salon.
