Fabulous trip to USA Stair Nails. Such lovely staff and very relaxing environment. I had a pedicure which didn't tickle (I usually can't take it) and my feet look ready for sandals. I always get my acrylic refills here and they do a great job, great price, very efficient. Love it

Very bad experience, Very arrogant manager was that day, they ran out of colour and he was totally unhelpful to find alternative; nails were done badly and the staff made a face when i asked to correct shape and get an extra layer of shellac. Finally brazilian waxing was a total disaster, it took a staff more than 45 min to do it, zero technics, wax was so hot it burned my skin, she was apologising but did nothing about it. Came a few times before to that place, but will avoid it from now on.
