The salon is nicely furnished and not unclean (could be cleaner but that didn't bother me). The staff are friendly however they overbook treatments, making customers wait a ridiculous amount of time before their treatments start - I waited 45 minutes before my appointment began. The nails were sloppily done and the manicurist left the acrylic paste on my fingers. Plus the nail varnish used was old, so it left bubbles. Not impressed.

The manicure was lovely as usual, but the salon became quite full with customers waiting thus the application of the Shellac polish might have been a tad hasty. As a result, I now have two nails with blobs of uneven polish which look rather unsightly. Planning to go back tomorrow to get a pedicure and will ask them to redo the two nails then. Am sure they'll do it without hesitation.
