I have had no problems with Hollywood waxes in the past but this experience was poor. The therapist was nice enough but she didn’t know what she was doing which resulted in an unnecessarily painful wax which took much longer than it should have. I was also kept waiting for half an hour when I arrived. On top of this the they advertised that they used hot wax when in fact it was Lycon wax. The place wasn’t clean and the room was in the cellar. I would not recommend this salon.
