I was highly disappointed with the service. Shocking considering in the Hampstead area. I had shellac on my nails which have already chipped after 3 days. The pedicure was a mess - the lady didn’t understand that I wanted a tidy shape and I had to point out that two nails were longer than the other (as she begun to paint them) I have never seen this happen before. The polish used was old and gluey. To top it off, the feet dried for more than an hour and still managed to smudge when I got home. Plus they took 2 hours to do a simple pedicure and shellac on nails (I had removal of acrylic but this still should not take this long) The owner is smug and thinks he knows it all. He values money over customer service. Will never go again.
