I booked a threading appointment but when I arrived, I was told that the threading lady was not working on that day.
I left my lip wax with torn skin. I asked the beautician not to go over the area twice using strip wax but she insisted and thus took off some of my skin.
The pedicure was advertised as 1hr15mins. The pedicure itself was about 20mins. I sat waiting for my nails to dry for the next 40mins. When I got home the nail polish on both my toes had smudged and I had to remove it and re-do my toes.
The staff were friendly but rushed.
Overall, it wasn’t a great experience and I wouldn’t recommend the studio.
