The lady who did my nails (Huong) was amazing, she did the pedicure and my finger nails and she was ever so gentle and caring, you could feel that she cared.
The only let down was the extremely out of place manager who was so unprofessional, creepy and clearly only concerned with the money made rather than the customers.

My visit was very disappointing. I booked American polish several day beforehand. On arrival I was informed they don’t have nail polish for it; in a whole salon!
It felt like the staff did not know what they are doing. After 5 minutes of trying to find a polish I got something similar to French manicure which at the end I asked to be removed because the tips went almost half way down the nail a looked very unnatural. I asked for my nails to be painted in natural colour at the end. On Monday morning four of my nails were chipped!! Waste of money! Never again!
