The experience is ok. When you walk in you are asked to 'choose your colour' and you are expected to know where to look (the nail polish is spread throughout the business) and which product is relevant to the treatment you are having. The lady I had was friendly and my nails look good.

Booked a full shellac mani. Quickly done but the nail polish was probably old and left little bumps on half of my nails. When I realised I went back but were not offered to redo. Not professional.
