If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked my massage five days in advance, and received a booking reminder the day before. However, when I arrived at the salon they informed me that the massage therapist was on holiday and therefore I couldn't have the massage. I expressed my frustration and disappointment, especially as I had used annual leave to go there. The manager's response to this was that I hadn't yet paid anything so it doesn't matter, ignoring the whole inconvenience of the situation. There was no offer of re-booking an appointment and no offer of any discount for wasting my time. I shall not return!

I regularly go to this salon. The staff are friendly and professional and it’s excellent value for money. On this occasion I only gave 3 stars because I noticed afterwards that some of my toe nails aren’t horizontal and instead have been cut/filed at an angle. Will be more observant next time!
