I should not have bothered .... I thought I'd give USA Star Nails another chance, having had a rubbish manicure in the past, but I should not have bothered! The young guy who worked on my nails had no idea how to cut the cuticle properly he used the nail pliers to pull the cuticle off! He also did not notice I had transparent varnish on and was going to paint right over it ... Plus I heard the lady next to me also complain and receiving apologies! Well, that is it for me, no more chances!
