I had Lucas for my acrylic infill today and he did such an amazing job. I’d say the best infills I’ve ever had, he was so gentle with my nails and did an excellent job. Thank you!!

She was quite rough me and the skin around my nails aren’t smooth it’s as if it’s been cut. I’m not happy with the shape as she didn’t follow my request. Ok be back tomorrow to change the colour and fix the shape.

Standards continue to drop. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and continues to get worse. Staff are constantly changing, some do not speak English so it’s difficult to communicate with.
