I love the relaxing pedicures at USAStarNails, especially now that the massage chairs have (finally) been repaired a year after breaking down!! The nail shaping and shellac polish on hands was brilliant although admittedly, the actual cuticle work really lacked some effort. However, it is the Eyebrow treatment I learned most about from the lovely lady who tinted my eyebrows (first time for everything:). She had asked if I wanted the eyebrows threaded before tinting them and I told her that I had already had that done a week before. She said it looked a bit untidy and I remembered that after having booked and paid for eyebrow THREADING at USAStarNails, the colleague who was meant to do it told me that eyebrow WAXING would be much better so she did that.
What I only learned on the second visit is that a) Waxing costs less than Threading so I should have been given a partial refund and b) that Threading is much more precise than Waxing. Which showed just a week later. So next time, I shall insist on getting my eyebrows threaded when booking eyebrow threading!!

Made an appointment for a full set of acrylics. Technician was very good, efficient and thorough. Nice music playing in the salon and was offered a beverage. Lovely local will definitely go back

I love this place & the girls are so friendly.
Only a few issues - ambiance - in the treatment room there is none.
Also noticed that the surfaces weren’t as clean as I would have had them (ocd here).
Happy with my brows but they only offer one shade of tint - dark so for the first few days they were a bit darker than I’d usually go for.
Have booked again for my next treatment though. Very nice place.
