nail lady was frustrated at me for telling her that after her doing the black tips there were black smudges and she was not bothered to remove the smudges. was not impressed. she also made my thumb and index finger bleed by filing my nails so hard. i will not be going there again.

Salon was clean and bright with music playing and water, coffee and tea offered. My nail technician Kim was super lovely and very good at her job! Nails are the perfect length and shape. She went out of her way to trim cuticles and ensure the nails were at their best. Couldn't be happier! Definitely loyal to this salon, great job and great price every time.

Left very bruised and burnt after my wax. Whilst the first level of the salon (nail salon) is very clean and a lovely atmosphere, the waxing rooms are quite the opposite. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and I won't be returning.
