Beware of misleading descriptions - I selected gel manicure with tips, which in the description explains the use of UV light to cure the polish. When I got there, they did not have builder gel or SNS, just acrylic. On the acrylic powder and acrylic purple liquid, they had "GEL" written on top of it, which they told me was gel and not acrylic. I told them gel is either UV polish or builder gel, and that was 100% acrylic. If you have ever gotten acrylic, you know what I mean (that smell, lol). I did not want acrylic as I am trying to not damage my nails anymore but I ended up having to get this because I'd already paid online. I was also told gel polish on top would be more, even though I showed them I had paid for a gel manicure online but they told me that this was incorrect and what I paid for only included regular polish. My nails do look great and the lady was very sweet but I am unhappy because I got a completely different service than I had booked and when I showed them the description of what I had booked on Treatwell they said Treatwell was incorrect - isn't it your business that gives descriptions of what you offer for services? After blaming treatwell they refused to still do gel polish on top of the acrylic or do anything to fix the situation. Overall the salon is very clean and nice and the pedicures looked amazing, but I left frustrated because I booked a gel manicure with tips and left with a full set of acrylics with regular polish.
