I LOVE going to USA StarNails, esp for the pedicure as the warm footpath and the service while sitting in one of the fabulous massage chairs (which finally, after a good 18months of not working have all been repaired - hurray!) is pure heaven.
Having the manicure done at the same time is not my preferred path, but I do appreciate the fact that it saves time. However, it does make the pedicure experience a tad less relaxing.
However, what I really need to comment on this time is the fact that the same male staff member who messed up my Shellac manicure a couple of weeks ago (which I did get redone for free 2 days later) this time stood in the middle of the salon for a good 5-10mins and to my utter shock noisily clipped his own nails at length, making mail clippings fly around, WITHOUT CLEANING THE FLOOR AFTERWARDS.
That to me is utterly distasteful and I kept staring at him hoping he would notice and stop, but he was entirely oblivious to how unprofessional and unhygienic his behaviour was. ZERO STARS for this particular staff member!!!!
