It totally depends on who you get but some of their staff are incredible. My lady spent so long on my nails to make sure they were perfect, and went over and above with special treatments (as my nails are super weak). It's never the friendliest place when you walk in but I've been going for years and think it's amazing value.

It was fine - I had a bit of a wait, the manager was nice, the girl who did the manicure or pedicure was a bit quick and didn't really do any sort of hand or foot message.
