I was very impressed. Arrived early and they were expecting me. Good quality mani/pedi. Were gentle with previous gel removal. Only thing I didn’t care for was that my nail tech kept texting in the middle of my manicure and kept stopping during the procedure which I felt was unprofessional. Text on your own time!

I booked for myself and my mum to have pedicures at the same time. I called the salon to confirm this and they said yes, no problem at all. When we got to the salon, they only had one booking (I had also ready paid for two) then they started my mums and I had to wait till she was almost done for mine. I decided not to have mine and called Treatwel for a refund, which I got. Although the pedicure was good, it was meant to be 1 hour and 15 minutes. My mum was done and out in 40 minutes. Salon management needs improvement.
