The first time I went and got my nails done here, the lady who did my nails was lovely, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The nails were not great, the acrylic was uneven and the shellac chipped. The second time I went I decided to try a different lady, I went for a shellac manicure, again the shellac chipped within 3 days. I was going on holiday and was in a rush to get my nails done beforehand and so I decided to try one more time. Again, the shellac chipped within TWO days. This time I returned to have the lady fix it. I was told it was MY fault and I must have done something to them. I tried to explain to the lady that this has been three times and I was met with ‘I’m not going to argue with you, we will put another coat on, either we do it now it that’s it because we’re to busy’. I was unable to do it there and then as I was at work. I was told to come back after work but due to the rudeness I received from the lady from the front desk and the poor quality of work, i won’t be returning. ALSO they offer money off your treatment for a 5 star review! they are most definitely NOT 5 star.
