Great experience. New manager is very good! Only drawback is the manager did my manicure and she was understandably disrupted by other clients, so my manicure took longer than expected.

It’s been 4 days since my treatments. My shellac manicure is already chipped. I have welts and redness still from my Brazilian wax and my skin is peeling because the wax was clearly too hot to apply. Not a happy customer.
