Towels didn’t look clean. Therapist didn’t know what treatment was being done after repeated mentions. Some leg hairs still left after wax.

Excellent time to go is in early afternoon before the post work crunch. I had a great pedicure and brought my own nail polish, which wasn't a problem! Highly recommend.
