Despite coming to this salon for years now, there is regretfully a big difference between the quality of the same service.
This time I had a nail technician who didn't care. My nails were uneven (sth I really dislike) and she didn't pay attention when applying the final coat that seals the polish. 10mins after I left the salon I realised that two nails were sticky and not at smooth. I returned the next day, but that's rather inconvenient.
Hopefully, someone else will do my nails next time.
They said that my treatment that I paid for through Treatwell hadn't been accounted for. I showed them email proof but they said Treatwell hadn't paid them via my Paypal payment. I have now opened a dispute.
I had to wait 25 minutes. Andy was nice and the pedicure was fine - but the day after I woke up with a swollen finger that was red and in pain. I had to go to the GP because there was an infection and now on antibiotics for 7 days. I have gone there many times but I feel that over the past month, with the amount of people changing all the time, nobody is truly on top of the salon and perhaps that is why it was dirty and caused an infection in my nail.
