First time I've liked my nails after leaving this place (mainly the colour choice). But two did chip and can came back on a few days later to touch those up. Asked if I had a loyalty card, which I don't.. and i've been there 4 times now.. So I guess they pick and choose who they want to give them too (still wasn't given one). After the touch up the lady went to finish up a pedicure and left my nails to dry, told the receptionist to wipe them off once the timer had gone off.. she was unsure what to do and I had to tell her, fair enough she was new. But when I left they felt grainy and horrible so probably weren't dry, but I had to get back to work so couldn't go back. I only go here as it is across the road from work and wahanda have great offers!

Amazing selection of colours. Like the other reviews have said, even if you book you end up having to wait as they don't manage their bookings/walk ins very well. So make sure you leave yourself enough time. 3 days later and still looks fab. Ambience could be better but for the price you can't really complain

The beautician did a great job - it was over very quickly and not too painful. I am not too sure on the cleanliness of the waxing utensils etc though it didn't really bother me too much.

Quick and friendly people.
Could have removed a few more of the finer smaller hairs. I would return again especially as very handy location.
