Can’t justify coming back after being a client for a while unfortunately - they were running 40 minutes late and when I was seen, my “ombré infill” was a block colour plonked at the bottom of my old ombré nails and it looks terrible - cheap and shoddy. If you have to pay more for ombré refill than normal infill, shouldn’t the infill at least be blended?! Anyway, I politely flagged it with my nail technician and their manager, and was offered no rectification or apology.

Very rude people who work there, tried to overcharge 2 customers while I was there-even though booking was confirmed via treatwell. Not clean at all, terrible quality manicure. Will never go back.
