Empty salon, didn’t bother to check my online booking, rushed every aspect of the treatment - pedicure lasted 15 minutes even after I asked the practitioner to repeat a step, he asked “if I’d like a colour” grinning and laughing like an idiot which I guess was his attempt at humour or just homophobia. I’m not sure. Hasty, rushed, horrible experience and then tried to charge a walk up rate of £25 instead of £22 and by the way the salon is CASH ONLY unless you can pay by bank transfer. AVOID!!!

Terrible and rude staff, terrible service, dirty place and they don’t clean their material. There was a lot of waiting as well and they’ve charged me extra and after I paid, told they would give me a credit. This credit never came.
There are plenty of similar salons in the region which don’t act like that. I am never coming back.

I’ve had a great gel manicure here before but this time I had a guy and it was terrible. It’s sloppy and uneven and I know it’s not going to last. He was v rough with the pedicure too which was also pretty poor vs others I’ve had.

Girl who did my nails was sweet but did not shape my nails correctly. They are not uniform. Tried to ask lots of times to redo but gave up as it was making no difference.
