The manicurist showed great attention to detail and the end result looked great. The overall feel of the place is a bit impersonal, but to be fair it's the end result that counts most.

Overall my manicure and pedicure were very good. On arrival there was some confusion as to whether I had prepaid for the treatment (which I had) so I think they need to improve their booking system.

They used old polish which was too think and caused bubbles. After telling me it was my fault, the manager had to apologise and then instead of starting again they only filed them down and painted over, so the problem kept occurring. When I said I wasn't happy they didn't offer to do anything about it. I was going on holiday the next day and had to spend the entire trip with really tacky looking nails until I could get them taken off properly when returning home.
