Paid for an infill and was told I needed to get a whole new set which wasn't necessary. I asked for them to be short but instead they were really long and ended up spending more money on a new set when I'd only had them done a week and a half before

the place is clean and the staff are quite helpful, after trying a few different nails saloon in the area, I think it is the best one.

I feel the staff didn't understand what I was saying. I also asked for the length of my nails (which I had spent a lot of time growing) to remain the same. This didn't happen, they are now really short again.
