I've been coming here for a few months now but it has gone downhill and I won't be returning sadly.
I always have a gel refill, sometimes a pedicure too. The young guy who does the pedicures is superb, I cannot fault him.
However, the last two times I have had my gel nails refilled I have been left with sore, bleeding cuticles and uneven polish. One woman used the electric file so hard she damaged my nail bed and left me with a sore finger for 3 weeks! Unless you want red, neon or green polish they're really lacking in nudes and natural colours now too so I couldn't get the colour I wanted.
The last time I went I ended up having the male manager do my nails, it took 2 hours. He filed them too short and took too much of the existing gel away so after 2 days two of my nails broke.
I won't be coming back here - shame as it's near my house but the standard has dropped significantly and it's no longer worth the money.

My experience was dreadful. The nail technician did an awful job - there was nail polish around my cuticles and the colour was uneven. She did attempt to put it right but having been in the salon an hour I had to leave to get to another appointment. Before my appointment had finished the nail technician just got up and left me to sweep up and to start an appointment with another client. A different technician put cling film on the nail that was not completely dry - a great look in itself. I asked if I could come back if there was a problem and the manager said NO. I was staggered as were the two other clients in the salon. Clearly this salon is not strong on customer service or customer experience.
