The venue was nice enough, very clean and when I first walked in all seemed fine, staff were reasonably pleasant at first and shop was set up well. As time went on the shop got busier and busier, customers milling around the door and not enough seats for them all to wait. staff were clearly rushing, being quite rude to waiting customers who were asking for a time estimate on how long the wait might be. Staff were speaking to them quite rudely and rolling their eyes when turning away from the customers back. They were clearly trying to rush me through. Were being so vigorous trying to get my hands finished and under the UV light machines that the guy was basically throwing my arm back at me after finishing the last strokes on each hand and asking me to hurry and 'go quicker'. My advice, if you go during a weekday when it is quiet you might get decent service, but don't even bother on a Saturday they clearly can't cope when it's busy.

AWFUL! You could not pay me to return here. Had shellac toes and nails done here. After toe nails(which was rushed job ) they left me sitting for over an hour and they had rammed so many people in I was then back of queue. Nails were also horrendously rushed and awful job. I went on holiday the next day and after all that nails came off within 2 days. Total waste of 3 hours. I also left with an awful headached as they have no ventilation and have so many people crammed in the fumes are terrible. When i wrote an email to complain they just said to contact treatwell and not their problem. Very rude. Never again!
