I booked my pedi for the wrong day and the staff were very accommodating I changing it. The pedi itself wasn't pleasant as the water was way too hot---to the point of scalding, which I said and don't think I was understood. Also, I have a cut on the side of my foot now where too much skin was removed which is sore.

After waiting 45 minutes for a pedicure even with a booking (there was a group before me who had arrived late) they offered me 20% off which I thought was great customer service.
